ISSUE

You receive a message on your BlueAnt Q2 – The Pair List Is Full

APPLIES TO
BlueAnt Q2 Bluetooth Headset

CAUSE
This is caused by too many paired connections to the headset. Often this is caused by attaching to too many multiple devices or devices that have been ‘reloaded’ with custom ROMs for testing, etc.

RESOLUTION
Follow these steps to clear the Q2 pair list.

  1. With the power ON…
  2. Press the VOLUME UP, VOLUME DOWN and the MULTI-SELECT BUTTON
    (all 3, all at the same time – see picture below) – press in the middle of volume/up down to select them both.

  3. The unit will reset, the pairings will be gone and you can re-connect and continue using your headset.

Note: this will clear all pairings, so you’ll have to re-attach to your device(s) using standard Bluetooth pairing procedures.
