We can host your entire organizations mail platform on our enterprise server farm and save you the headaches and costs involved in managing your own in-house/on premise e-mail server farm. We include business class SPAM filtering with all of our hosted Exchange accounts.

We use the Microsoft Exchange platform to deliver a rich messaging environment to your desktop computer, laptop and smartphone or tablet devices! Microsoft Exchange is the most widely adopted e-mail and scheduling platform available. - ActiveSync Services – Keeps your Windows Mobile, Android or IOS (Apple) smartphones and tablets in full sync with your hosted e-mail account(s). ActiveSync keeps contacts, calendars, tasks and e-mail folders in full sync, directly over-the-air.
- POP2Exchange Services – Enables you to pull mail from other accounts in to your DNS Texas hosted account(s)!
- Advanced SPAM & Virus Protection – gateway SPAM and virus scanning services keep 99.5% of spam and viruses out of your inbox. You can manage your own quarantine, blacklists and whitelists.
- Voicemail To Your Inbox – If you have hosted PBX services with DNS Texas, your voicemail will deliver directly into your inbox so your voicemail goes with you! Check your messages from your mobile device(s), laptops or webmail. (This feature requires DNS Texas Hosted PBX Services and Exchange ENT or ENTPLU licenses for each mailbox that uses this feature).
