2. Services We Provide

DNS Texas provides web hosting, email hosting, domain registration, offsite backup, VPN, malware protection, technical support, and other related IT services. All services are provided subject to availability and these Terms.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activity, spam, malware distribution, phishing, copyright infringement, or any activity that disrupts our network or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change. We accept major credit cards. Declined payments may incur a fee. Net terms may be available to qualifying business customers. Late payments may result in service suspension and possible collection fees.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 14 days in original condition, subject to a restocking fee (typically 15%). DOA items are replaced at no charge. Hosting and digital services are generally non-refundable once activated, except as required by law or our specific promotional terms. All DNS Texas hosted services are month-to-month, unless otherwise stated.

7. Warranty

New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. DNS Texas may provide a limited first-year exchange for certain branded systems. Used or open-box items are sold as-is. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or environmental factors.

8. Hosting, Email & Server Guidelines

You are responsible for the content you host and for maintaining backups of your data. We prohibit illegal content, spam, and malware. Excessive resource use or security incidents may result in temporary and/or permanent suspension. We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Bandwidth and IP allocations are subject to our published guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the DNS Texas website (text, images, logos, and code) is owned by DNS Texas or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DNS Texas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
