ISSUE:If you have a Windows Mobile v6.1 powered smartphone with POP3/IMAP4 email setup, you might receive the following error when trying to SEND email using the DNS Texas or other IMAP4/POP3 compatible mail servers.

The message(s) could not be sent. Check that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct. Then try sending again.
Incoming mail works fine, no errors, but all outbound mail from the mobile device gets stuck in the outbox and doesn't send.
FIX:This is a known issue with the Windows Mobile v6.1 operating system. There are two options to fix.
1) Visit Microsoft Website to download fix @
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx...2) Download hotfixes below. The .CAB file can be executed directly from the mobile device, just navigate to this page and run the .CAB file. The .MSI file is run on a computer that has the smartphone USB cabled to it via activesync. Choose whichever method works best for you.
The hotfix, once applied will auto reboot your phone, you may then send and receive successfully!
